SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Mayloria! Below is our current shipping policy for all U.S. orders.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
During high-volume periods, processing may take a bit longer. We’ll always work to ship your order as quickly as possible.
2. DELIVERY TIME
Standard U.S. delivery takes approximately 10–14 days from shipment (excluding processing time).
Some high-demand or made-to-order items may require an additional 5–10 business days for production.
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order ships.
3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once shipped, you’ll get an email with your tracking number to monitor your package.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.
4. DELAYS
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays outside our control may occur, such as:
Seasonal demand
Carrier or customs processing delays
Severe weather or natural events
If your package is significantly delayed, contact us at support@mayloria.store so we can assist you right away.
5. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
If you notice an error, email us immediately at support@mayloria.store.
Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the address. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipments.
6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost or stolen:
Contact your local carrier for assistance.
